EXECUTIVE/MANAGER – SALES & ADMINISTRATION

Charis Naturals is a local distributor 100% focused on organic beauty brands (skincare, make-up, and haircare) from USA and Europe, mainly conducting e-commerce and wholesale account deliveries to SG, Malaysia and Hong Kong.

Hours: Afternoon on weekdays (2 days a week), may increase to 3 half days if work load increases. Location: Tai Seng (office work); PLUS Anywhere in Singapore for sales calls (transport allowance provided)

Qualification:

  • Minimum GCE O Level Certificate.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably with wholesale accounts; strongly prefer mature candidates who can demonstrate a track record of long term employment or sales record in beauty / personal care products.
  • Passionate about health, wellness, and/or beauty and cosmetics
  • Passionate about health, wellness, and/or beauty and cosmetics
  • Must be comfortable to make cold calls / sales calls to grow business
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive working attitude.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; capability in Mandarin also preferred.

Detailed Job Description:

  • 50% of your role will be to conduct sales activities with new and existing Customers:
    • Achieve monthly sales targets (new acquisition of wholesale/retail accounts to carry the company’s brands, including make up artists, spas, speciality retail stores, hair salons, etc.). Commission will be provided in addition to normal salary.
    • Marketing support (updating company social media, online ads, and liaison with website manager to update online promotions).
  • 50% of your role will be to assist general administration duties:
    • Coordinate warehousing and delivery activities with logistic companies.
    • Online order support for company website
    • General filing, admin and record keeping
    • Simple product training of beauty products (testing company products)
    • Deliver products to company retailers (ie. Department stores)
    • Assistance in co-ordinating company pop up events
    • Answer customer queries by email
